The arrangements to obtain and return the Wifi hotspot were excellent and convenient. The device helped immensely during my stay in Japan. I appreciated the fact that it came supplied with a battery charger and the appropriate cables. I will not hesitate to use Japan Wireless again during my next visit.

I use it everywhere, if I visit Japan again I would like to order it again.

I think this is the best value for money pocket WiFi service for me.

Never lose any signal even when I'm climbing Mount Fuji.. haha.

The battery last a very long time, I don't really use the provided power bank that much.

But avoid placing the pocket WiFi inside a packed bag, as it can overheat the pocket WiFi. Then only the performance will drop.

Do book your pocket WiFi in advance, at least 3days in advance. Or having the hassle to pickup from a different point. But they do provide a delivery service, but still a hassle if you have to wait for it.

We can just return the pocket WiFi at any mailbox, but I really do prefer a drop point at the airport like previously.

The pickup point was easy to find, and we god all the help we needed. Using the pocket wifi was easy, and it suited our need. Good battery length.
