From start to finish the WIFI was easy to pick up set up and drop off. WIFI was also reliable and never had any issues connecting, for my next trip I would order from here again.

I would recommend Japan Wireless to fellow travelers. The process was easy. I ordered the WiFi a month before I left for my trip. The device was at my hotel when I arrived. I used it throughout my stay in Japan, in several different cities. On my last day i dropped the pre-addressed package in the local mailbox. I recieved an email from Japan wireless when the device was received.

This is the 5th time I’ve used this company and product for my Japan stays and it will not be my last. I can always trust that their devices will arrive at the requested location, and provide the WiFi needed.
