Extremely efficient service. From the time I collected it at my hotel on arrival, to dropping it off at the airport 3 weeks later, it didn't skip a beat. Quick and easy to set up. A family of 4 with 2 teenage boys, the premium Wifi was able to handle it. Having constant wifi for google maps was the best decision for navigating on Japan's train system. Rarely did we use the extra power bank that was provided. Will definitely use again.

Easy to use and Wi-Fi worked everywhere I went. I’d get it again on my next trip to Japan.

Good product value for money

Great service and wifi! Used it for about a week and a half and thank goodness we did because it made traveling and looking up places that much faster.

Amazing, gonna use it again next time, and will recommend to others.

Picked up the pack at the airport - no issues. Found it was very easy to connect. and also found carry the extra battery for the wifi came in very handy for recharging phones as well.

Clear instructions as what to do at the airport to return. Would do it again for sure.

Easy set up after claiming it at the airport. Battery is good for 12hrs. No daily speed cap. Til next time japan wireless.

It was very easy to order the pocket wifi and it was sent to the hotel on the day I arrived in Japan. It came with a free powerbank as well. I like that there is English support as well.

My e-SIM from Japan Wireless was a big help during my stay in Japan! I never had any problem with my connection.
It‘s cheap and convenient!
