Great service. Our wifi was a little spotty at our hotel in hachinohe but worked great when we were wandering around.

This is our second time renting with Japan wireless. The customer service is very good and responsive. Product is v easy to set up. First time everything worked very well. Second time, the dongle was very slow to charge but we managed. Due to reliability of and service, I would recommend Japan wireless.

This pocket wifi worked as advertised. Great coverage and no glitches. Service is reliable and instructions were easy to follow. Convenient pick up at your hotel and envelope provided to drop off in mailbox at airport at the end of your stay. Would highly recommend!

Great product to have while traveling in Japan! A real step up from using your normal carrier on a world plan, the speeds can’t compete.

The service was easy to use, collection set up and return all went without any concerns. It was small enough to put in myski jacket to remind in touch on the slops. Cheaper than global roaming. Will use again
