We rented the pocket wi-fi through Japan Wireless and picked it up at the Ninja counter at the Haneda airport. Not only did it give our household great connection, we also connected our TV and was able to stream Netflix. We will definitely rent in again on our next visit, it was well worth it! Thank you!

We recently made a trip to Japan and decided to rent a pocket WiFi from Japan Wireless. The device worked flawlessly the entire time and it saved us at least $135 versus using our provider. I made a booboo and forgot to return the device before we entered Tuesday secure area in the airport and immediately contacted Japan Wireless and they provided clear instructions on how to return it when I got back to the US. Their customer support was second to none. I even received a super nice thank you email from them when they received it. My next trip to Japan will include a pocket WiFi from Japan Wireless.

Pocket WiFi is easy to operate. Just press the power On button and that's it! No need to configure. It's lightweight and battery last the entire day. You get a back-up battery and cable included with your rental in case you are a heavy user.
