We had roaming available to us but never used it because this was just the superior choice. Had it sent to the hotel and it was waiting for me when I arrived. Hassle free to return too. Didn’t have any issues and never even needed the day battery despite having all our devices on it across our 12-14 hours days of exploring across Tokyo.

This pocket wifi was very useful for my family and I during our stay in Japan. The location for pickup was easy to find at Haneda Airport, and we were able to find a post box for drop off at Haneda Airport as well. Would highly recommend and would order again!

Everything was perfect

This is our fourth time using pocket wifi. Though sometimes the wifi was a little slow, overall it's a really good service, specially if you need to connect more than one device.
