The item was there when I arrived at the hotel.
It works very well, easy to use (and to return!).
A bit big but still manageable, it fits in a pocket anyway.

Easy, and great battery

Everything about this was fantastic. The website was clear and easy to book. Pick up and drop off was no problem. I connected 2 devices to the WiFi and had no issues at all. We do scroll social media and had no issues with speed. I charged it every time we were in the hotel, and we never ran out of battery (and we didn't need the power bank, but was good to have). Portable WiFi made navigating Japan so easy, I wonder why its not a 'thing' in other parts of the world x

The wifi service was great. This service gave me the ability to stay in touch with my family through imessage, fb messenger, and instagram.
