The day I arrived in Tokyo I ordered a pocket WiFi from Japan Wireless. It arrived at my hotel the next day charged and ready. It was simple to connect. I charged it each night and it never ran out of power. It came with a return envelope which I dropped in the mailbox at KIX. It was the easiest process. I highly recommend.
