Easy pick and drop off! Reliable WiFi and appreciated the extra battery.

Easy to use, battery lasted a long time, didn’t even need the portable battery and it was light weight. Had no issue returning it.

The portable wifi is very good in signal and convenient to pickup and return . I strongly recommend it for people who visit Japan.

This quite possibly was the most important thing we purchased for our recent trip to Japan. As a business owner working remotely, I wanted to ensure that my wifi connectivity was good irrespective of my hotel, city or circumstance. This little device delivered! And the delivery of the pocket wifi to my hotel and drop off right before check in at the airport made the whole use process so seamless. 10/10 recommend.

Excellent service! I had it delivered to my hotel it was very convenient.
