The pocket wi-fi was very easy to use, and I had no issues throughout the duration of our trip. Will definitely use them again on our next trip.

I had a great reception

Very good service. Recommend!

I have used this company a couple of times now for renting pocket WiFi while traveling in Japan. The communication is comprehensive and clear, the rental pick up and return is made easy and I highly recommend their service!

Japan WIFI was easy to use and worked everywhere we traveled to.

Great coverage and no issues with speed for 21 days at a reasonable price!

Easy pick-up, easy drop-off. Easy to use. Will use again.

Perfect from start to end

Easy to order and use.
Efficient and reliable.
Suggested!!!

Easy pick up at Narita airport and easy to get started. When we got of the bus in Tokyo 2 hours later there was no more battery - we did expect that it would be fully charged when we received it. A few times we lost the connection to the wifi - then we just had to turn it on again and connect to it.
