The device was waiting for us in our hotel. Easy to setup. You just drop off the device into mail box at the airport. Return envelope was provided. Can recommend.

As soon as you're traveling with 2 people or more, the pocket wifi is great. It's small, the battery lasts a full day easily and it's very simple to connect. However, the reliability of the reception or service isn't great and we frequently found it cutting out for several minutes, even in areas where there should have been good reception. Thankfully, this was never critical, but it was annoying at times.

Ordered this late but they found a way for me to get it as the device cannot be delivered to our guesthouse (they only deliver in hotels). The customer service is quick to reply and guided me in every way.
Internet is a breeze all the time and there is a spare battery in case it becomes low batt. Returning was never a problem since I should only drop it mailboxes in the airport

Will avail this again when Im in Japan

Absolutely great. We all had iPhones and were able to use Wi-Fi continually. Great for google maps while underground sorting out which subway to go to. We used it everywhere. No problems at all. Uninterrupted signal the whole time. We used it for the whole day every day and never used the spare battery.
