We were in Tokyo, Osaka, and Okinawa for a 12 day trip and it was easy to set up, great coverage and easily supported 2-3 devices easily. And pick and return went super smoothly and was extremely easy! If we ever come back from the states, this will be our first thing to book!

We rented a pocket WiFi for our two week trip to Japan and am so glad we did. Japan Wireless delivered it directly to our hotel and provided clear instructions for set up. We used it all day, every day throughout our trip and had absolutely no issues - the internet speed was super fast and the charge lasted all day. I would highly recommend Japan Wireless for anyone visiting Japan!

It was super quick to exchange at the Airport and the internet was allways fast. Sometimes (on the last days and not often) it would stop and we had to switch the device off and turn it on again, but it was nothing too serious. Overall, it was very good and I would use it again :) the client attention by email is 100%! We forgot ti return it at the AP and they were very helpful ^^ thank you and see you again!

Data 24/7 all day.
Box lasted more than a day. Never used the power bank not once during my 14 day stay.
An excellent choice which I recommend strongly.

We have been renting the Premium WiFi for several years, and the last device rented February 2024 was the best yet.

Our premium WIFI was really handy to have which worked as advertised.
I would recommend anyone going to Japan organise this product before you go. Our WIFI modem was waiting for us at our first hotel and then we just dropped it off the airport post office box before we left.

We linked 2 smartphones to this and meant we could use Google Maps and Google Translate to help us get around Japan. Connecting was so easy. So convenient to drop off at the airport at the end. Worked a treat and saved us a fortune in roaming costs.
