The device worked well in most areas and the speed was great and I was able to use it the way I wanted to. I will say that if you have a GoPro and are looking to upload footage to cloud using the pocket wifi, you can do this and the speed is relatively good, but just remember to register the wifi connection on your phone through the quik app or else the videos won't upload. I would recommend and would rent a Japan wireless pocket wifi again.

Easy to setup; Has strong signal and stable connection everywhere

From ordering, delivery to our hotel, unlimited use for duration of our holiday to a simple return process it was faultless. The additional battery pack was great, although it wasn’t needed often it came in very useful some days.
The system comes with very easy to follow instructions and is simple to use. We travelled from Tokyo, Kyoto, Osaka, Hiroshima and Mount Fuji and never had an issue with signal. Would definitely recommend this to anyone travelling as a group.

The service was great. The only thing I would have appreciated would have been an email verification of receipt for the return after my service term ended.

Used this mini WiFi while traveling in Japan for five weeks for business. Worked fantastic from Tokyo to Osaka. Never an issue. Will definitely use Japan wireless on my next trip.

Pick up and delivery were as easy as possible. The WiFi worked everywhere and the power bank made it possible to run around all day until late at night without any issues. We were a family of 4 traveling together.

I will use Japan Wireless again next time I visit! It was so easy and good value.
