Rarely lost connection, only had to restart twice in two weeks. Fast speeds, 100+ Mbps, and was able to use in multiple cities.

5/5 stars, great experience working with Japan Wireless. The power block that came with the kit wasn’t working and they sent a new one to my hotel right away

The WiFi box worked great everyone in Japan. Couldn’t travel without it!

Worked well. Good price.

Excellent service. Never lost connection.

Very reliable. Thanks Japan wireless.

Was fast speed I thought.

Excellent service. Smooth pick up and drop off process and wifi coverage was very good. Would have been even better if the wifi device was charged at 100% or even 80-90%. When picking up, it was at 30% charge, so had to recharge before using. Other than that, everything else was very good.

Great service easy to order, pickup and set up. No problems in our 10day use

I don't know how this compares to alternative solutions, but I thought that this was a good price and extremely convenient. I even tried a live stream with it and had high quality results.
