The wifi router worked well and was easy to install. Dis nit need the powerbank that was included. The router could be set to english.

Japan wireless made the experience incredibly easy. We had coverage all across Japan, even in more remote areas around Kumamoto.

Thank you for this great service. I would highly recommend to a friend. Pickup was easy from Narita airport and it was easy to find a postbox before going to the airport. Thank you very much.

We are a family of four so this really saved us money. The device was waiting for us at our hotel, worked well and was easy to use. Drop off at the airport was convenient. I would definitely recommend this company.

The pocket WiFi works great. It was ready as promised when I arrived at KIX and the return process was easy.

Internet access was reliable and fast. Very happy with our choice.

I'm happy that I went with Japan wireless which was reasonably priced for our 9 day trip. The airport pickup was easy and fast at the Haneda airport. The service was shared across 4 phones, a tablet, and a laptop in Tokyo, Osaka, Kyoto, and while traveling between these places. The included portable power bank is a must and was used daily. Highly recommended!!

Used the pocket wifi for month in Hokkaido, no problems with coverage, and good performance. Pick up from collection counter, and return using post box all very straightforward.

Really good wifi system, steady connection for a month - I highly recommend!

Great WiFI good experience
