Third time to rent the pocket wifi and I am satisfied. When I lost the internet connection, I emailed the company and they responded right away and guided me to restore its connectivity. When it still not working, they asked me to return the pocket wifi to them by dropping it off the nearest post office. In short, they replaced the pocket wifi 24hrs later. Because we are traveling, they shipped the new pocket wifi to our new hotel location.

Easy to use, responsive tech support. Good internet coverage. Easy return - just drop at the post office.

Highly recommended and would definitely use the service again. Has no issues and service everywhere I went. Tokyo, Osaka

We had such a good experience picking up our hotspot. The 10GB unlimited lasted us almost 17 days. We did have one minor issue with our hotspot being maxed out for one day so we had to be without WiFi for until the next day. Our phones were locked and this was the cheapest option for $80

I had a very seamless experience with japan wifi.
From start to end.
The charge also lasted most of the day.
I rarely needed to charge it in midday.
Evn with the wifi in my backpack the service was excellent.
Will surely opt for japan wireless again.
We were a group of 4 so really cost effective.

Was an awesome rental. Made it easy to access the phones while traveling around Japan. Delivered to our hotel on day 1 and dropped in mail when we left. Updates from them was very helpful. Would highly recommend!
