Works great and had no problem. Easy to set up. Only problem if you use it with a group, they can’t go too far.

This was amazing to have whilst visiting Japan. Never lost signal, battery lasted all day and great value. Easy to pick up and return at airport. No would highly recommend.

Japan Wireless is the best wireless provider I have used. I traveled all around Japan, even in the countryside, and never encountered a single blank spot. The cost is reasonable, and I will definitely use their service again next time I'm in Japan. Thank you again, Japan Wireless!

On my recent trip our experience with pocket WiFi was great. It was waiting for us at hotel and instructions couldn’t have been any easier. Great reception everywhere we travelled and it supported multiple phones and tablets. Highly recommend!
