We bought 2 simcards for our visit in Japan, the coverage was excellent and the service from Japan wireless was flawless.

It was a pleasure to use the Japan Wireless service (Pocket Wifi), in general, the service was available most of the time and most of the places that we were. I remember a lapsus time where the service was down between 9am - 11am March 21st; we were into the Shinkansen between Osaka and Hiroshima. In some occasional times and places, the data speed was considerably slower, but after some minutes everything got back to normal. Thanks so much! really easy to pick it up, use it and drop it off!!

I recommend this option (pocket wifi) and this reliable company to all of you who will travel to Japan.

Having this Wifi devise was the best move we made in Japan.
They deliver it to our hotel and it was there when we checked in and we just dropped it in the mail at the post office at the airport before our flight.
Also it came with a portable charger which was fantastic as well. it charged there Wifi and our cell phones. WELL WORTH IT!

Mifi worked great! I was on a cruise ship and service was great even at remote ports of call. From signing up to receiving the package at my hotel, using this service was hassle free.

I can Highly recommend japan-Wireless. I Had always a good wifi Connection all across Japan. Very good Price- Performance Ratio for your Money.

Pickup at Narita post office was convenient and easy. Mobile Wi-Fi was clean, new and worked perfectly. Return was simple. Would definitely use them again and recommend highly to anyone.

Coming from someone who has never been to Japan it was intimidating to navigate through my trip. But one thing is for sure I would have not survived if not for the reliable WiFi I got from Japan Wireless. From the easy ordering, pick up and return my experience was seamless. The WiFi even came with a back up battery which was so helpful when you are out all day. Worth every penny!
