I was overwhelmed when trying to pick a mobile router for our recent trip to Japan. I chose Japan Wireless because they had good reviews and I found a coupon code. We had a trouble-free experience. The router was easy to set up and worked well. I would definitely used them again.

Wifi router worked like a charm and was easy to pick up and drop off.

Pickup of my mobile Wi-Fi at Narita Airport was very easy. Setup was smooth (I printed directions from the website). The device was fully charged when received. The portable charger was a nice touch, and allowed me to be away from an electrical outlet for all of the time we spent walking around.

The Wi-Fi easily handled two smart phones. When leaving Japan, it was very easy to mail the device back in the postage paid envelope provided from the Narita Airport.

The only reason this is not a 5-star review is because the plugin charger they provided did not work. I am positive had I called them, this would have been handled efficiently. However, I had my own chargers so I really did not need a replacement.

I plan on returning to Tokyo as I fell in love with the city. I will definitely use Japan Wireless again.
