I used it for 10 days while traveling in Japan, and I loved it because i was able to use the internet whenever i needed to.

We had 5-6 phones connecting to the Myfi router, sharing a ton of pictures etc., and the service worked flawlessly. Speeds were great, battery life on the product fantastic and the extended battery pack provides additional charge in case you forget to charge it overnight. The product does emanate some heat but if its in your backpack, there are no issues with it. Also, small enough to carry in your pocket. Reliable pickup and delivery. Great value for money.

Used this for a 2 week trip in Japan and it was great. Battery can deplete mid way through the day, but Japan Wireless includes a portable battery pack for that which made it easier.

This is my first time doing business with Japan Wireless, I give customer satisfaction services received a five-stars rating based on this experience.

I was not able to return the rental device and its accessories on the date I left Japan due to the error of choosing to go straight through Immigration, to International Flight connection area at the Narita Airport. I have learned there is no mailbox inside of the terminal at gates area.

I appreciated the customer service provided by Japan Wireless who clearly understood my circumstance and diligently worked with me through email correspondences while I am back in the US. They allowed me to return the rental package at my earliest convenience and responded to my inquiries in such a swift manner.

I will definitely use the service again when I return to Japan next time. I recommend Japan Wireless to anyone.

So easy to order, pick up, and deliver. We picked 2 units up when we arrived at Narita, and left it in a postbox when we left. We ordered unlimited access, and had good speeds and no downtime no matter where we were.

I used this for 2 weeks around Japan, including a driving portion on the coast And in rural areas. I had it turned on all day as I used google maps much of the time and it always lasted the whole day. I even forgot to charge it one night but the spare battery was used with no hassle! I will use this every time I come to Japan.
