We travel in Japan with Japan Wireless and we are very satisfied about.
Excellent service everywhere

I always get Japan wireless! It’s so easy! And they are so reliable! I get it sent to my hotel and it’s there waiting for me! They are quick to answer inquiries too.

Use was wonderfull, had never used the extra battery, all went smooth everyday.

Reserved the pocket wi-fi online and received an immediate confirmation and instructions on how to pick it up when I arrived at Narita Airport. The pick up process was fast and smooth. Connecting to the device was easy following the instructions provided. The service was excellent even on trains. Truly a life saver!

This is the easiest and most cheapest way to have internet without worrying about your cellphone bill being ding for high data charges. Easy, simple and fast data anywhere you go. Highly recommend it

Very convenient and fast network!

we had no trouble with the router. it was ready for pick up at our first hotel when we arrived. and so easy to drop into the mail box on our last day. it had everything we needed and no problems. great service.

Great service

Although it was hard to find the post office at Narita to collect the wifi router, once I had it, my trip became more enjoyable as I could use the internet where ever and whenever I wanted. It was easy to use and I did not need to use the free power bank as the battery lasted almost a whole day.

Was easy and great to use
