The service was great. I never lost connectivity while using the device. The only thing I wish for is Japan wireless allows us to return the device in the airport.

I recommend Premium wifi to anyone who wants to visit Japan and communicate without any problems

The SIM card was easy to setup, finding office at the airport was straightforward too. I also appreciated their quick response to my email when I requested to change my arrival airport. I work remotely so whenever I go to Japan, I always make sure to rent a pocket wifi by Japan Wireless. One time in spring, there was a problem with the connection, so I reached out to one of their agents, and he was very knowledgeable with customer service and technical support, he even spoke English, so it was so easy for us to resolve the issue. WILL ALWAYS USE JAPAN WIRELESS' SERVICE!! ✨️

We spent three weeks in Japan and our portable wifi was a blessing.
the only think that you need to bear in mind that it doesn't last a whole day: you need to bring the battery with you (it's not heavy). easy to get at our hotel and to return.
