Ordered online, easy pickup at Haneda, reliable signal all 12 days we had it, and super easy to drop off in the box at Haneda before our flight home to the US!

We used the device for a 10 days trip.
They give it in an envelope with all the necessary , and we received directly in the hotel.
The connection is very good and fast everywhere,perfect for two devices.
The battery last for a day or a day and half it depends on your use.
Very recommended.
