Great service easy hiring process and worked well.
Highly recommend!

Ottimo prodotto.

Received WIFI at our hotel on arrival and had no problems with it the whole 2 weeks we were visiting Japan. Couldn’t fault service or device.

After the initial configuration the SIM didn't work, but I contacted Japan Wireless support team and they provided immediately the solution. After that, the SIM worked great!

The pocket Wifi is easy to understand. You can generate a QR-Code to log in and the battery last the whole day. It was perfect.

Found Japan Wireless online when I was looking for the ability to access the internet while traveling in Japan. Making the purchase and having it delivered to my hotel before I arrived was simple and cost effective. Worked great and was glad to have the battery backup to get me through some long days. Would highly recommend this device to anyone needing continuous access to wifi and not wanting to deal with a phone.

Thank you for letting me use this device,
It was very helpful, quick internet anywhere.
And the battery last long, only charge once a day!

Confident and effective service provided.

It is always a happy expirience using your Wifi.I will recommend with my friend who is planning to visit Japan.
