Very good, everything worked oerfectly for my whole 21 days stay!

Perfect travel solution easier than a SIM and super efficient service

Four people using the device all day and we had zero issues, needed to use power bank only once, connection was always stable and reliable. Easy to pickup and return. Will use it again next time.

We were quite pleased with the operation of the unit. It was waiting for us at the hotel in Yokohama and was easy to set up. Throughout our travels in Japan we were able to use the Internet without interruption. We would definitely recommend this as a connection option.

Very Reliable Pocket wifi

Great option to access internet all the time and everywere. We never had any problem with slow or bad connection.
Great that all of us could connect to the same wifi, no need to buy your own sim cards.

I have ordered the sim card due to my own fault a bit more than 24 hours before arrival and the sim was delivered the next evening (probably even during the afternoon) when I got to to the hotel.
The reception and speed was so good and fast that I didn’t notice that I wasn’t using WiFi from home or at the hotel and I am still using a mobile phone that doesn’t even support 5G yet.
