Reliable connection throughout my trip. Pick-up and return was fast and easy.

Very good device thank you

Anche in occasione di problemi, assistenza impeccabile

Always connected, the battery could last for two days.

I picked up and dropped off my device from Haneda airport, which enabled me to use a secure wi-fi during my entire stay in Japan. My phone died halfway thru our vacation, but I was able to use my wife's iPad as a backup. Highly recommended especially if you have multiple devices.

Easy to use and great customer service.

Convenient and easy to use thanks

Excellent good service

have rented 4 or 5 times. so easy and great value. if you are visiting Tokyo you need pocket wifi. don't rely on your travel cell coverage.

Brilliant, good value and coverage
