GOOD CONNECTION. OUR ONLY PROBLEM WAS DURING THE ACTIVATION, IT WAS NOT INDICATED IN THE INSTRUCTION WHAT APN-NAME TO USE, WE EMAILED THE TECHNICAL TEAM WHO ASSISTED US BY GIVING THE APN-NAME TO INPUT.

Japan Wireless is a dependable provider.

If you travel from the US to NRT Terminal 1, make sure you choose to pick up your package at the JTB Counter (next to Tourist Information Center). It's right outside of the customs exit. We made the mistake choosing the other counter and it was a bit of walking.
We choose the Premium Wifi package and it worked great throughout Japan from North to South for 2 weeks. The unit's battery would last about 10 hrs so remember to charge it every night. We'll definitely choose Japan Wireless again when we'll be coming back to the beautiful Japan next year. Very reliable service.
