Ordered our e-sim the day before our flight to Japan and activated it at Narita Airport while waiting for immigration. Had no issues at all and was one of the least expensive plans we found. Did the 15day/10gb and still had 5gb left when. We flew out 2 weeks later. Used data mostly for Google maps and iMessage and had coverage throughout the country.

Very easy to use. No problems with internet access and speed.

This was a life saver! It was reliable and easy to use. The pick up and return were seamless. Will definitely avail of this again next time.

WiFi was fast. Battery lasted basically the whole day, and it was affordable.

Used this for 9 days in Japan with no issues and was able to watch holofes just fine for the most part using this. Would 100% use it again

Price is very reasonable. Access and speed is good. This is my go to now for data access in Japan.

The process of reserving, picking up and dropping off was way too easy! Will definitely use this service again. Great connection throughout the 7 days we were in Japan! Very happy with it.

I found the qr code easy to use

I ran out of data on my phone plan, so i made a reservation in the morning for it to be delivered to my hotel that same day. It came with a portable charger which was awesome, but the best part is that it came with a return envelope. the day i flew out of haneda, i was able to return the pocket wifi in the envelop included inside of the airport. very convenient and easy to use.

Easy pick up from airport, easy to carry with you. Able to stay in touch w your group. Excellent to make traveling easy
