Quick to install, easy to use, and kept my phone working during our whole week in Japan

Easy pick up and drop off. I did not have any problems while using the wifi. Battery lasts for the whole day. Will definitely use Japan wireless again when I get back to Japan.

Very reliable and easy to use, thanks for the free esim too, looking forward to my next trip to Japan with your service. Thanks again!!

It was very reliable and it felt really good to know that I will always find my way in Japan. So, thank you for this reliable pocket WiFi! I strongly recommend it.

The 30 day SIM card was perfect for our trip to Japan. The instructions for pick up were clear and easy to navigate. The instructions to add the SIM card to my phone were easy to follow. It provided good wi-fi all of the time. I would use Japan wireless again. Thank you!

Excellent and met out needs for our two week trip around Japan. Thanks!

Very easy to find the counter at KIX. Also very easy to drop into the box to return at the airport. WIFI worked great. No issues. Will use again.

It’s very good service .

Easy to setup/activate, coverage and speeds were good.

Pickup was straight forward, getting things connected was super easy. Returning it was also easy. I also really liked the case it came with as an extra layer of protection against the elements and jostling when it is in my bag. Highly recommend them if you want to go the pocket wifi route.
