The peace of mind of not being stranded somewhere without communication is worth every yen. The ease of returning the portable WiFi through the postal service with a prepaid addressed envelope is a great service. Thank you for a pleasant trip.

We rented the WiFi from Japan Wireless for our 3 week holiday...absolutely fabulous.
Delivered to our initial hotel,easy to set up,always had WiFi and easily posted back at airport.
Will certainly use again on our next visit.

We had this for 3 weeks and had no issues connecting both our phones and iPad. The battery lasted well and we only needed to use the provided power bank a small number of times.

The pick up and drop off was quick and easy. And the service was phenomenal, had no issues while traveling all over Japan!!!

I've used both a portable modem and SIM card through Japan Wireless and have been very happy with their service each time. Absolutely no problem with connection, coverage, or data usage, and I would recommend them to anyone.

Fast, wide coverage.

Easy and quick pick up at airport. Wifi Connection to different mobile phones and tablets done in less than a minute. All over Japan we had super and quick internet. Return at airport in a post Mail Box gave us access to internet until the end of the trip. For us the best choice in case of using different devices and having unlimited data volume. Our trip has been 17 days.

Great service, very convenient! It was sufficient for our 5-people family.
