Japan Wireless is so reliable and convenient. I’ve been using their services since 2013 almost yearly.

Helped me have internet all day and no issues. Would recommend to anyone in need of a pocket wifi

Wifi was fast and available throughout our journey for our 3 devices. The pouch made a convenient carrying mode in my Scot-e-vest.

I was able to use Japan Wireless's e-Sim, and it was fantastic. It worked really well and there were barely any problems in subways and on trains. Only when traveling through tunnels in the mountains, did I have a signal issue. But it was not much of a problem anyways. Will most definitely use this company again and highly recommend it to others.

I have used Japan Wireless for the last 7 years of traveling to Japan and I have never been disappointed. Items arrive early or on time to the requested arrival delivery address. The #1 reason I keep coming back is because they use the SoftBank network which to me has been the most reliable network to use when traveling in Japan. If you are only going to be in Tokyo you might not notice a difference, but if you are planning on going outside of Tokyo such as Fukuoka, Iwakuni, Fukushima, then you will regret being on a different network.

The pocket wifi does run out of battery if you are streaming videos (my 3 year old wanted to watch Gabby's Dollhouse), but thank goodness they provide a battery pack!

Worked wonderfully in Tokyo, Kyoto, and Osaka

Easy to order, pick up, and drop off. Had coverage all of the time. Battery kept its charge for the whole day; only had to use the portable charger once and that was at Tokyo Disneyland. Second device lost connection a couple of times but easy to reconnect.

We rented a device for 17 days, we had no problems, always good connection and pick up and drop off was easy and convenient.
Positive was that you get an extra battery, but we never had to use it because the battery lasted all day long.
So I fully recommend the service.
