I used for 13 days while on a tour around Konshu. No issues.

No problem, long autonomy and easy to use.

The best !!…………………..

The WiFi worked superbly! Got was delivered to my first hotel with an envelope to return at the airport upon departure. All as easy as could be.

We were recommended to use this for our first trip to Japan. When we booked it, it couldn’t have been any more easier than the instructions and directions given in the email to find the kiosk at Haneda. Setting it up and using it was super easy and to return it was just as simple. Will definitely use again in our return trip to Japan.

Very seamless transaction.

Great pocket size, lasted all day, reserve ahead of time for best prices.

Easy to find in the airport. Service was amazing, I was able to use it everywhere we went. They make us really easy to return, just put everything in the envelope and drop off a mail box.

Everything worked great. Easy to pickup at the airport and return with the included envelope. The hotspot and included battery bank lasted most of the day but you still might want to bring your own battery bank just in case. It was also easy to let multiple people connect at the same time. Good deal, especially if you intend to share with multiple people or devices.

Great purchase, it worked perfectly all over pur trip (Tokyo-Nikko-Nagano-Noto-Kanazawa-Takayama-Matsumoto-Yokohama)
