Instructions were easy to understand. Pickup and returns were easy!

Very happy with the price and performance of our rented Japan Wireless Premium WiFi. Experienced no issues with connectivity and/or signal strength between Osaka-Kyoto-Nagoya- Tokyo and parts in between. Battery life remained throughout the morning til night and Kit came with a power pack for charging on the go. I have used Japan wireless on many occasions and will continue to do so in the future. Thank you Japan Wireless. 👍🏽

It was an easy deal. The gadget was easy to use. Thank you!

It was great couldn’t navigate at first but figured it out worked awesome 👏

East to user and works almost everywhere

Perfect service!!!!!

Very convenient when it comes to travel around Japan and it's very affordable and reliable 5G.

it worked well and had very few issues

We really enjoyed having fast Wifi throughout our stay. It was easy to pickup and drop-off too. Would use them again!

Getting a simcard was affordable, fast, and convenient with Japan Wireless. I used the airport's free wifi to buy the product. The product was much more affordable than the physical sim card sold at vending machines in the airport. The service was also good. I was able to use the wifi connection in Tokyo. There was slow connection in a few areas near Mt. Fuji but it did not really affect my internet connectivity that much.
