This was a very smooth process. The instructions were clear and the hot spot had no issues. We were notified every step of the process.

Easy set-up and fair pricing.

connection is so fast and stable but the power bank dries up fast..

still 5 star rating and will definitely avail your service again and will refer to friends..

Very good product and experience

I needed an unlimited data ( without any restrictions) for my short stay of 2 month in Japan and that was the only pocket Wifi (or data provider) that provided true unlimited data. Also, it's easy to pick-up at the airport and to return it at the end.

Traveling to various cities in Japan and signal is good and steady

Easy process, reliable wifi.

Fast and reliable!!!

Great service! Very easy to use and return process was smooth.

The WiFi unit was reliable and easy to use. The extra battery was great to have just in case, but wasn’t needed as the unit lasted all day. Compared to units I have rented in the US, this was cheaper and more reliable.
