Great packet wifi and battery pack for our travels in Tokyo, Osaka and Kyoto. Only issue was the connection wire from battery to wifi kept slipping out during travel. Price was very good with 25% discount

Comfortable and effective for traveling with more people

Very Efficient and trustworthy

Super easy to get. (Arrived at our hotel.) Worked great everywhere we went in Japan! Tokyo, Kochi, Hiroshima, Hakodate, and Hiroshima. Loved the convenient bag that was provided, to keep everything together when we were on the move. Super easy to return. (Put everything in the return envelope.)

便利で、使いやすかったです。ぜひもう一回買います。

Unlike some other WiFi providers, Japan Wireless is easy to communicate with when the need arises. We have used their service multiple times while in Japan, and never disappointed.

I am so happy that we got this pocket wifi for when we were in Japan for 17 days! All of us were able to easily connect to it and it had a good amount of range. Only downside is when you are further away and possibly lose one of the people in your group and then can't get a hold of them! lol Also, don't bother with their pocket translator. It was cumbersome and the google translator app was so much better and easier to use

Had no issues while using the 5G Unlimited plan. Coverage was excellent, dropping to LTE anytime I couldn't get 5G. Never had issues with speed.

Very good. No disruptions.

Tout a parfait, réservation, réception à l'aéroport et retour très simple.
D’une utilisation simple et efficace, c'est un incontournable pour rester connecté, ce qui est parfois très appréciable.
Merci à Japon Wireless pour son sérieux...
