Disconnected wifi from my phone a few times for couple of minutes but otherwise super satisfied with the product. Long lasting battery and worked everywhere. Would order again

All good except buttery run out fast. We need to find the place to charge buttery, special at the end of days.
Worked so well anywhere we went except in the Shinkansen.

This company has been a godsend to our family. We recently moved to Japan and we’re in the process of getting wi-fi installed in our home. While we wait for the instalation, we are using the pocket WiFi at our home vice our data fro. Our phones.

This pocket WiFi service has been able to provide my family great service. We are able to surf the net and play online in our gaming consoles without interruption. Additionally, the signal strength is great, we have it plugged in downstairs, but the signal reaches throughout the house.

Lastly, the team behind Japan Wireless is professional, courteous, responsive to inquiries, and they deliver super fast to your home or nearest Japanese Post office.
