Amazing service. Only once i had to reset it but everything was working perfectly

Easy pick up at post office in terminal one, we had it on and connected within a minute. It powered four devices perfectly. Charged it each night. Drop off equally simple. We ran both Apple and Windows devices. Would highly recommend this and feel quite pleased we followed the recommendation of others to use Japan wireless.

Easy to connect . Return process was easy : drop off at airport . Just wish they extend their office hour for people arrive after 7 pm . I like to be able to pick up WiFi once I landed so I can start using it right away

Great service from Japan wireless, the package was waiting for me at my hotel, very clear instructions for usage and return and great battery life. Power pack, usb to wall outlet and cable were extremely useful. I would not hesitate to recommend japan wireless.

It's reliable and compact. But the battery life is not long enough.

I highly recomend Japan Wireless. We never had any problem with the router. There was one instance where it died even the battery was fully charged. We just rebooted it and it went back up. The pick up and drop off instructions were easy and communication was good. Price was good for the rental and we used the router anywhere we go. We wouldn’t have survived our trip without wifi. It was our first time in Japan and this helped us a lot with our navigation. Over all we were satisfied with this product and company.

Always has great signal

We were 7, using this wireless connection. It was really fast and otherwise the trip would be a completely adventure, having internet helped us to solve several doubts during our trip.
