This is the third time I've used Japan Wireless. The service is always attentive and efficient.Thank you

Very convenient, easy , internet everywhere without any problem

Was easy to order & install. Coverage & speeds were very good.

No Issues. Highly recommend. Didn't want to mess around with SIM cards and this was the answer. If you don't need a phone line, this will be what you need. Multiple device connection easy and reliable.

When you have a premium WiFi you get outstanding performance and reliability! In addition, you get security that will allow you access your personal information and data.

Japan Wireless made our WiFi needs convenient and easy. When in Japan there is only one choice... Japan Wireless!

The pick-up and return procedure was easy and the connection uninterrupted for the whole period we used it!

Excellent service delivered to the hotel when I arrived. Reliable wifi while traveling.

It worked very well. Very useful to have the powerback as wifi-deivce sometimes ran low on battery towards the end of the day. We had unlimited wifi but at one point the device indicated that we had used our full allowance of wifi but we ignored that and it continued to work :-)

Easy to pick up and drop off at airport. Simple to set up and use. It never let me down. Would definitely use again
