Very convenient and great service. I would definitely use again.

I really enjoyed using pocket WiFi

Glad I got Japan wireless! It worked well and was always handy to have. Would definitely do business again!!

Happy with my purchase. Ordered a physical sim card which was delivered on time to my hotel.
Installation was quick and easy and Internet coverage was reliable (95%). During my 22 days stay I only had one occasion where Internet was not accessible.

When getting a personal wifi router book in advance so you don't have to wait. Also, returning the device via postal service is amazingly convenient and easy.

Great technology . Fast charging and reliable

Very good. Would use again in my next visit

Es hat wirklich alles total super funktioniert, von der Abholung am Counter bis zur Rückgabe über den roten Briefkasten! Ist zu empfehlen!

Was in Japan for 18 days got the unlimited data for 15. Worked perfectly. There were a few dead zones in remote places up north but overall extremely fast and affordable

A practical, reliable tool that is essential for any traveller to Japan, with responsive customer service.
