I travel to Japan anywhere from 6-10 times a year and I have used Japan Wireless' services for a few years now. It is simply so convenient—I pre-order, I arrive at my hotel and pick up the wifi unit, I use it EVERYWHERE and EVERYDAY, then I pop it in the mailbox at the airport before my return flight home. I have never had any problems with any of the services or units. No hassle. I fully recommend Japan Wireless.
