We are very pleased with our little pocket WiFi. The reception is so clear and strong

we use every year.

I ordered this while at the airport in Boston and it was ready for me when I landed at NRT. Easy to order, easy to use and was very helpful while I was visiting Japan. Will def order again for my next trip. :)

Wonderful

We rented the WiFi device for 3 weeks and it worked flawlessly the entire time. The power bank that is supplied too was great as it meant we had WiFi all day and only had to charge overnight. Would highly recommend it - we wouldn’t have managed without it!

Great

We picked it up at the airport no problem and posted it back from outside Tokyo again no problem. Self addressed envelope so no looking for stamps etc. Would highly recommend this product especially when you don't have the language and need directions!!

We had a family member recommend this company to us and we were very happy they did. The router was at the hotel when we arrived for our holiday and it was in great condition. We were able to have 3 phones and a computer connected with no problem (we had the business 95Mbps). Returning the wifi was so easy as well. I will 100% be using this company the next time I come to Japan for a holiday.

Everything went well!
