Japan-Wireless is the best way to connect when visiting Japan. Easy to get, easy to return, no hassles.

This will be the third time we have used Japan wireless. It’s simple to order and use and convenient to return. We have been able to get reception wherever we’ve been in Japan and the batteries last all day.

I am a returning customer. Used Japan-Wireless router last time visited Japan. The coverage was excellent even in small villages and towns. Internet connectivity was of great help when using maps and google translate in real time. Also the unlimited data really helps during live streaming and uploading of photos and videos. Overall a very satisfying experience hence using Japan-Wireless again. Have already recommended to many of my friends and they have used it too and were very happy with the pocket wifi and the network coverage.

Top!

I pick it up at postal office in the airport, everything was ok and the router worked perfectly. 100% recommendable

Very good service. We appreciated a lot some usefil accessories (the case, power bank)

Connecté 24h sur 24

Used one of these when we went to Japan for the first time. Absolutely brilliant!

Excellent service. Signal constantly good. Need re-setting the machine when travelling from Tokyo to Osaka.... but very easy to do.

This was my lifeblood during my trip to Japan. So simple and super effective! Long lasting battery good range plus it was waiting for me at my hotel when I checked in. Super easy pre-labeled return package
