Worked wonderfully. No problems. Had seemless WiFi throughout our trip

Very easy to use. Good reception.

always rent from them great fast service, so far no problems.....

Great coverage on our entire trip! Easy to pick up and drop off at the airport. Wish battery life lasted all day but we brought portable chargers and used them daily. Great value for the price! Would definitely rent again!

Did everything it promised. Easy in use, superb and fast connection, even in the subway. Delivered in first hotel.

Fantastic highly recommended

Japan Wireless was super helpful and getting my pocket wifi was such a smooth process. I was able to easily pick it when I arrived at Narita airport and use it right away!

Thank goodness a friend told us about this as we would have been lost in Hokkaido without it. This wi-fi pack have us connectivity to google which helped us navigate on our everywhere we went whether we walked, took buses or drove!
