I booked the device upon suggestion of one of my friends. It was a quick and simple process. Astonishing fir me was the simplicity and effectiveness of the sending back procedure. The device worked everyday in any location with all my devices.

I had it delivered to my hotel, it was 2 days late but still charged! Worked great the time I had it! Return at the airport super easy. Would be nice if menu could be changed to another language. I recommend this to any one traveling to Japan and would use the service again. Schedule the pick up at the airport.

It was easy to pick up the wifi unit at the airport and the signal was excellent. I would definitely use them again or recommend.

Pocket wifi was great! My only complaint is that it was not delivered at the residential address I provided. They emailed me a tracking number without providing the name of the carrier (it was Yamato) so there was some initial confusion trying to track it. I ended up driving to the Yamato office to pick it up.
