This device had great coverage throughout Tokyo. We never lost service and the battery lasted throughout the day - sometimes without having to use the power bank.

Japan wireless made our first trip to Japan so easy. We ordered a week before and they had our pocket Wi-Fi ready to go when we arrived to our hotel. Easy instructions, had an extra battery for when we needed to use it all day. Helped us locate our way around Japan. Didn't have to stress about returning the device as it has a prepackaged envelope which we dropped off before we went through the departure gates at Narita airport.

Whenever I go to Japan I always rent the Wifi router from this company. We reliable deliver to our hotel so I could use it on arrival. So far so good even on Shinkansen Bullet Train. Highly recommend to others who visit to Japan.

This is the third time that I’ve used Japan Wireless for WiFi. It’s simple to pickup and easy to return via mail. The WiFi works as advertised without any problems. The rates are very competitive with the other WiFi companies, especially for long term (more than two weeks) rentals. I will definitely be using them again.

I used the internet premium wifi of Japan Wireless in my visit to Japan and it was very nice. It has a great conectivity, and in all my travel i could enjoy internet.
