The service was highly available and always had a strong signal. Everything from internet browsing to video streaming was lag-free. I was able to connect through my organization's VPN to the states and work without issue.

Worked perfectly, never had any issues. pick-up and return were very quick.

Worked great and was reasonably priced. Pick up and drop off was super easy.

Worked very well for two weeks, the free powerbank was very welcome, too !

Great product

Its services always great. My trips were so amazing with the high speed and anti-buffering connection from Japan Wireless. I used its during my 2017 and 2019 trips to Japan. And I'll still use Japan Wireless for the next trip.

The Japan Wireless wifi is unmissable when travelling in Japan! Great, small device, with power pack and all. Superfast service, also excellent return service: great value for money. Highly recommended!

Ok so this is perfect for anyone who is visiting japan and intend to travel within the country or even just within a city like Tokyo.
I’d recommend to pick up the pocket WiFi at the airport. You can start looking up interesting stuff to do right away that way! I picked up mine at Narita airport terminal2, at their post office. It didn’t say where it was located at the airport so that was a bit of a hassle but FYI, it’s at the far end on the floor for international departures.

The WiFi works amazingly well and the battery time is actually really good too! It even comes with a power bank so no worries there!

Over all it was definitely worth it !
So much easier than switching to a sim-card!
