We recently used this service And it was awesome. Easy to pickup and drop off and internet connectivity was great

Good rates. Easy return process.

Picked up at hotel
dropped off in mailbox at Narita
All worked as advertised

internet is SUPERB! we used it around tokyo and there are no interruptions!

Traveled to Tokyo on business. Pick up was very easy available from both terminals (post office) at NRT. They provided a back up battery for continued use. Drop off is very easy either drop of at post office or back at the airport.

It never failed us!

Great service and easy to use. No problems!

I would just like to say it was very easy , I ordered it at the airport 15 hours before I arrived in Tokyo, picked it up at the airport and had WiFi my whole 2 weeks of vacation . Made getting around very easy even with no Japanese!!

Easy to operate, good internetspeed

This pocket WiFi worked well pretty much everywhere we went in Japan, even on the Shinkansen. Japan Wireless was the cheapest option for the same hardware most places rent, and the extra battery was super helpful, too.
