Easy to collect and return at airport

I always rent a pocket Wi-Fi when I go to Japan. easy ordering process and quick pick up process at Shibuya branch. I had some bad and no reception a couple of times when I took it to Gala yuzawa ski resort in niigata. I don't know if the snowfall, cold weather, or position on the mountain those days might've been a factor. The highest count of people that were connected at the same time we're probably three but speed was still good. Overall a good pocket Wi-Fi, I would definitely rent again and would recommend to others!

Excellent speed and easy to use. Will rent again next time I visit Japan

excellent service and device

Como no entendía nada del idioma, me sirvió para tener siempre en mi teléfono y Tablet conectada. Buen servicio y cómodo al llegar al aeropuerto.

All perfect! Works very well, not problems at all

This pocket WiFi is very fast and last half a day but it includes an extra battery so there`'s no problem. I recommend it 100%

Worked perfectly and all the instructions were easy to follow. This made it very easy to stay connected.

Perfect. A slightly more powerful battery would be even better.

excellent price, quality and service
