I've used Japan Wireless the last 3 times I have gone to Japan and every time your wifi service has been perfect. It's always been where I asked it to be delivered, the wifi quality has always been perfect and the return procedure is always quick and easy.

I rent it first time in december 2018 and helped me my stay for a month in Japan until january 2019. EXTREMELY EASY to use, it worked perfectly my whole time in Japan, in every city i visited. Easy pick up in Narita, therefore i will rent it again this april.
Now in spanish, my mother language: lei muchas recomendaciones, pero por precio, para todo un mes, valio la pena cada peso!!!

Excellent Product. No issues at any time with connection. Never runs out of power with the portable battery included.

Getting my pocket WiFi was incredibly easy as we arranged to pick it up from the airport. We had 3-4 phones and 2 iPads connected to this and had no problems with connecting. This could not have been easier to use, and the extra battery is a lifesaver! The devise needed to be reset once after we all could not connect, but that was super easy (keep the informational papers with you!) l and only took about 5 minutes in total out of our day. Will be using this service for our next trip and recommend this to anyone!

Cheap and effective

Rented for about a month. Never any issues. Was given a credit later when the promo code didn't work at check out online. Will rent again next time I'm back in Japan.

Pondré el review en español por si alguien de esta lengua se interesa en usar japan wireless. En verdad fue la mejor opción que pude tomar, ya que tuve máxima cobertura en todos los lugares. Si vuelvo a Japón, volveré a arrendar el Pocket wifi.
