Great wireless service, never had issues with the connectivity although the extra battery was useless. The device itself lasted about 10 hours though so it was fine.

Very happy with service while we were in Japan on holiday.

Great customer services 5 stars

Easy transaction!!!!

Best thing I ever did hiring this device had better then imagined connection was super fast and it’s so small and easy to carry around with you, highly recommend this device

Fair prices and easy to set up. I'll definitely hire this service again next time I visit Japan. Thank you!

The Premium Wifi hotspot worked wonderfully, enabling us to get around and enjoy beautiful Japan. I would recommend this highly.

Excellent service. Excellent service for user.

Super easy and super cheap wifi carrier. Was a breeze picking it up at the airport and then dropped it off at a post nearby on the day we left. Highly highly recommend!!

The overall experience was 10/10. My recommendation is taking the power bank everywhere with the pocket wifi, since the battery runs out quickly if you are using it continuously. Another tip is to turn off the device when not using it for saving battery. The package is great and the return was very easy. About the wifi speed, it was also great, since I used it only for navigation or google searches.
