The transaction was seamless - easy pick up at the airport, and easy drop off at the post office once the rental period was done. The wifi worked great as well throughout the entire trip. Would rent again!

Great customer service, shipping on time! I’ve been using this company so many years!

Strong signal and got it pre-charged already which is a plus. Received it ahead of time. Asked the concierge at Swissotel Osaka to return mail it for us.

Excellent product, comfortable and easy to use; excellent service

Everything worked perfect as excepted.

Everything worked as expected.

Travelling around Japan, this allowed both me and my son access to the internet wherever we were. It came in very handy when using a map feature in Tokyo.
